Lamborghini teases new concept

Lamborghini is known to bring outlandish concept and limited run production models to auto shows around the world and the upcoming Paris Motor Show will be no different. The Italian supercar manufacturer has sent out invitations for the unveil of a new concept car that is all set for a grand unveil on the 2nd of October.

Although no details have been given, an illustration shows a highly raked windscreen and a side air intake that hints at a new mid engined supercar possibly based on the Huracan platform. Lamborghini did however mention the following words “Once perfection is achieved, you can just double it” in their invite which could also possibly hint at a 4-seater or GT type concept.

That said, most GT or 4-seaters tend to be front engined and while Lamborghini have not made a front engined car in decades, the possibility of one in the near future is quite an enticing though. In the past, Lamborghini have brought cars like the Estoque, a 4-door super saloon to auto shows to showcase the possibilities of a Lamborghini sedan. Despite impressive public response though, the Estoque will never make it into production.
