Pioneer has introduced its new product range specifically for the Indian market which includes a series of AV players (eight models), CD and USB players (nine models), speakers (seven models) and sub-woofers (six models). These products have been priced between the range of Rs 1,200 and Rs 29,990.
Commenting on the occasion, Minoru Ogawa, Managing Director, Pioneer India Electronics Pvt Ltd, said, “India has always been an important market for us. While most companies repackage their products for Indian consumers, Pioneer has made genuine efforts in studying the needs of Indian consumers and has then designed new models and features that cater to the requirements. Our India specific speakers TS-C600IN and the new preset equalization: TodorokiEQ, are few examples. A lot of research and resources were spent to develop these features.”
Pioneer’s new in-car entertainment products offer functions to suit unique needs of Indian consumers, and are equipped with TODOROKI EQ technology for an amplified music experience. The EQ curve technology, according to Pioneer, ensures a more powerful, bass rich sound for bright and clear high tones for Indian music.
Pioneer has also introduced the new App Radio Mode USB feature and App Radio Live, which according to the company, revolutionises the driver's smartphone experience as apps from the smartphones can be viewed and controlled directly from the touchscreen display.
