JCB India has introduced a new version of their best-selling model, the JCB 3DX Backhoe Loader that has an up to 20 percent lower fuel consumption thanks to its new 76PS ecoMAX diesel engine, a low-vibration, low maintenance, frugal mill that has been developed in-house by JCB.

Moreover, the revised model offers 20 per cent more cabin space, a twin ram steering for better steering ability, new brake linkage, new bonnet with ease of access, revised rear axle and new transmission. These upgrades have been incorporated following feedback from consumers.

“With one out of every two machines sold in the construction and earthmoving sector being a JCB, the company aims to create new markets by foraying into new territories as well as give the best possible rate of return to our customers. This machine will perhaps do just that,” said Vipin Sondhi, Managing Director & CEO, JCB India.

According to the company, the 3DX Backhoe Loader will save up to Rs 2.25 lakh per year based on the current diesel prices. The price of the new model is Rs 22.25 lakh, ex-Ballabgarh.

Currently, the company has over 430 outlets across the country for after sales support to cater to its existing 20-vehicle line-up. Headquartered in Ballabhgarh, JCB also makes construction equipment.
