Hyundai Motor India will launch the sixth edition of its ‘Always Around’ campaign on June 30, 2012, over weekends across 8,800 locations in the country till December 2012. The free check-up camp for Hyundai cars will have a series of 17 check points and a thorough examination including oil/coolant top-up. The camps will be held at shopping malls, recreational parks and select residential blocks. The campaign will also gather customer suggestions and feedback. Customers and prospective buyers can also test-drive the cars on display at the camps.

“At Hyundai we always aim at providing our customer with trouble-free experience right from the sales process. We invest heavily on research for understanding the needs of our customer and accordingly deliver products and put in our best efforts towards after sales services. The ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign is aimed at reinforcing our bond with our valued customers. It has been a great success over the years as we have been witnessing huge response from our large customer base. We are confident that this year as well our customers will benefit from this programme and we will be able to carry forward our relationship to the next level,” said Arvind Saxena, Director, Sales and Marketing, Hyundai.

In 2011, Hyundai held the campaign across 8,383 locations.

Hyundai Service used to be good. But off late, my experiences at the place have made me change my thoughts. The Service is awful, the service assistants have no clue on what they tell the customers. Would rate the service of Hyundai very low.
