Hyundai's India website introduces a host of services for customers

Hyundai Motor India has launched an online portal which features personalised services that will allow customers to book serving slots in any Hyundai dealership across India. The online portal will have a range of other facilities that will allow customers to access service history records with full details for their vehicles, and to set service schedule reminders.
There is also a feature that locates the nearest service centre from the customer’s location. Another useful feature called ‘Service Calculator’ will allow customers to accurately arrive at the amount they will have to spend on their next service with city specific prices of parts and consumables.
The new online portal which is a microsite on Hyundai’s website offers a host of other services such as service and insurance calculators, warranty guidelines, owner’s manuals, maintenance tips and guidelines, downloadable service manuals, driving tips. The online service portal will also provide information about service camps like the Hyundai ‘Always Around’ free car check-up camp that is currently in operation across India.

Arvind Saxena Director, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “We feel proud to introduce first of its kind service which will bring value added services to its customers. Hyundai always illustrates the idea of providing more to its customers with new innovations, experiences and values beyond their expectations. This initiative will streamline and enhance the after sales services for our customers.”

Yes they can do this when they are selling a car for 8 lakh in US and same car for more than 25 lakhs here in India. Do not blame on tax, as it is getting manufactured here India. Hyundai used to be the best cars with great value for money but no more!
