Hyundai Motor India Ltd, the country’s second largest car manufacturer, has launched its nationwide service initiative - ‘Always Around’ campaign for the eighth consecutive year for Hyundai car owners. The Hyundai 'Always Around’ campaign will kick-off nationwide on May 4th and will be held several times during the year. This campaign will provide free check-ups for its customers at convenient locations. Last year camp was organized at around 7410 locations. This year, the ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign has grown much wider in terms of locations and reach and will continue till December, 2014 covering 8,000 locations wherein Hyundai will be reaching out to around 2 lakh customers in an effort to make them smile by ensuring that their car is in the best of condition. Around 10,000 vehicles across 460 locations nationwide are expected to attend the camp on the launch day.
Commenting on the campaign Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President - Sales & Marketing, HMIL, said, “The ‘Hyundai Always Around’ campaign is an initiative to build a strong bond with our valuable customers. The campaign has been getting favorable response over the years and the customers have also been appreciative of the campaign. This year also we are expecting to target our large customer base and we aim to provide them with the maximum benefit and services. I am sure with this initiative will help us further enhance our relations with our customers.”
The Hyundai 'Always Around’ campaign claims to offer a comprehensive 18 point check-up with oil top-up and a thorough examination of the vehicle and services, collect suggestions and feedback on the performance of the vehicle and after sales service. The customers will also have a chance to see and test-drive the latest Hyundai cars which would be there on display at the venue.
