Hyundai has announced its 10th nationwide ‘Always Around’ campaign which will provide free car check-up for its customers across 470 locations in India. The South Korean carmaker plans to touch 8,000 locations across the length and breadth of the country by the end of the year.
Commenting on the campaign, Rakesh Srivastava, Senior Vice-President, Sales and Marketing, HMIL, said, “The Hyundai ‘Always Around’ Campaign is an initiative to enhance the satisfaction levels of our customers. Our vision is to be the life time partner of our customers and we would like to offer premium Hyundai experience at all the touch points. We value our customers and therefore we initiate such campaigns from time to time. We have received great response over the years and are confident that this campaign organised exclusively for Hyundai owners will be very successful.”
The carmaker’s ‘Always Around’ campaign will offer a comprehensive 18-point free check-up of Hyundai cars which includes services such as free dry wash for the car, coolant and oil top-up. The Hyundai team will also collect suggestions and feedback on the performance of the vehicle and after sales service. Customers will also get a chance to see and test-drive the new Hyundai Creta which would be displayed at the venue.
