The Navi sports the looks of a conventional geared motorcycle but with scaled down dimensions. It is also the first offering that has been completely developed from concept to reality by the Honda R&D India team. The moto-scooter has quality plastic body panels that are offered with a choice of five colour options. It comes with telescopic forks at the front with 12-inch wheels that provides better handling and ability to zip through traffic with ease. At the rear it comes with a monoshock and 10-inch wheels. The Navi comes with tubeless tires at both ends. Braking is handled by drum brakes at both ends.

The engine is capable of generating 8PS of max power and a peak torque figure of 8.96Nm. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a variomatic gearbox. The moto-scooter has a company claimed top speed of 81kmph and a fuel efficiency figure of 60kmpl from the 3.5-litre fuel tank.

The Navi currently faces no direct competition in its self-created segment yet. Honda has already managed to sell around 10,000 Navis and it is possible that if the vehicle gets accepted well, other manufacturers could also be seen entering this segment.
