HMSI ties up with IndusInd Bank

As a part of their financial growth and further implement their presence in India, Honda Motorcycles and Scooter India has inked a Memorandum of Understanding with IndusInd Bank. Prospects can now avail 90 per cent loan amount, depending on eligibility for it, with a repayment tenure of 36 months.

“In the two-wheeler industry, retail finance penetration is increasing and more customers are looking at various finance options. Riding on the aggressive network expansion plan & increased product portfolio, we will continue to create options that will enable customers to buy their favorite two-wheeler. Driven by this partnership with IndusInd Bank, we aim to further grow Honda's retail sales,” stated Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Ltd. Not only can a prospect avail the loan, they can also avail benefits up to Rs 7,500.

Honda two-wheelers closed on a positive note with the highest ever annual sales of over 44 lakh units in FY 2015 – 16. In April 2016, the two-wheeler maker grew 27 per cent over sales in April 2015. Honda currently sells the Activa 3G, Activa 125, Activa i, Aviator Dio in the scooter range, Dream Neo, CD110, CBR 250R, CBR 150R, CB Hornet, CB Unicorn, CB Shine, CB Shine SP, Dream Yuga, Dream Neo and Livo in the motorcycle range as well as the recently launched Navi. Honda also imports the CBR 650F, CB1000RR, CBR1000RR and the Gold Wing.
