The Triumph Street Tracker has been caught testing in Spain and will make its debut in late 2015

British website Visordown has caught a retro-styled motorcycle being tested on the outskirts of Barcelona, Spain. The new bike may be christened Street Tracker or Speed Twin but it is most likely to be the former. It is speculated that the new motorcycle is a larger displacement offering based on the Triumph Thruxton. From the spy pic, it is evident that the motorcycle is powered by a liquid-cooled, parallel-twin motor. It is considered that the new motor will have a displacement of 1,100cc and a power output of 91PS. According the person who caught the bike being tested, there are two versions of the mystery bike, the other being an “R” version with Ohlins suspension and Brembo brakes.

The “R” has the design influence of a classic café-racer bike with a rear hump replacing the passenger seat and reverse cone exhausts which are inspired from classic bikes from the Triumph portfolio. The bike is expected to make its world debut at the 2015 EICMA motorcycle show in Milan, Italy.
