Formula JK Tyre Pacific

JK Racing Asia Series will feature an ultra-modern standard specification racecar. The Formula JK tyre Pacific is made of carbon-fibre Kevlar, which has been proven to be of the highest safety standards. The 140bhp, 1.2litre BMW engine provides a maximum engine speed of 9,250rpm with a top speed of 230km/h. The race car will run on JK tyres. 

Only Cars, Type FB02, which comply with the Technical Regulations of the JK Racing Asia Series and or amendments to the Technical Regulations issued from time to time by way of a Bulletin and have passed Preliminary Scrutinizing, are eligible to compete in the JK Racing Asia Series.

Schnitzer Automobile Technic is designated the sole service partner for all engines uses in the JK Racing Asia Series, in order to create a level playing field and reduce costs. BMW 124EA engines (K1200RS) are therefore sealed in order to ensure this uniform service. Only these sealed engines are authorised for use at Official Tests and Meetings.
