Ford extends 24 Hour Roadside Assistance to newer towns

Re-affirms its promise of a stress free Ford vehicle ownership experience in the cities of Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ranchi, Vishakhapatnam and Trichy
Pioneered way back in 2007 by Ford India to allow its vehicle owners to drive around with greater peace of mind, the RSA service outreach has been constantly expanding and now covers all Tier-1 cities. Over the past year or so the American car maker has expanded its RSA service network across 18 new Tier II cities such as Vijayawada, Guntur, Patna, Calicut, Jammu, Bhopal, Baroda, Nasik, Kottayam and Ambala.
Ford recently added five new cities to this list, that now include Jodhpur, Udaipur, Ranchi, Vishakhapatnam and Trichy. Residents of these towns are now just a phone call away from a wide range of on-road and vehicle emergency services, all of which are part of the Ford Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme.
Commenting on Ford’s introduction of its RSA service in five additional cities, Nigel Wark, executive director, Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford India said, “While we have a laser sharp focus on delivering world-class products that have the Ford underpinnings of Quality, Safety and Smart technologies, our commitment doesn’t stop at the sale of the products. With the expansion of our RSA network, we continue to reiterate our commitment to deliver the same level of satisfaction when it comes to the ownership experience.”
With the addition of these five cities the Ford RSA outreach increases from 42 to 47 cities across India. Ford India also recently inaugurated a record 45 brand new sales and service outlets in 35 cities across India in a single day. With this unique move, Ford India has extended its total reach in the country to 230 outlets spread over 123 cities.
