Ford now strengthens its reach to customers by increasing number of facilities to 304

In a bid to enhance ownership experience, Ford India enlarged its sales and service network with the launch of several outlets across cities including, Faridabad, Noida, Sriganaganagar and Jhansi in the Northern region; Shillong and Dimapur in the East; Hosur, Kochi in the South; and Sanand, Raipur, Nashik, Chandrapur and Panvel in the Western region to name a few.

Further to the expansion of their sales and service network, Ford has also inaugurated two new Quick Lane Service centres in Nashik and Kochi. With the help of extended operation hours through weekdays and Saturdays, the Quick Lane Service focuses on reducing the waiting period during service requirements, thus providing a faster turnaround time to enhance customer convenience and satisfaction.

Ford has also launched a ‘Happy Pocket Service’ that makes ownership experience pleasurable, thanks to a highly transparent ‘fixed’ pricing on scheduled service costs that start as low as Rs 2,199. 

Aside from these new facilities, Ford India already has other services for customers like pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans and Vehicle report card. 

The first big expansion in the sales and service network came when Ford launched the Figo. Following the success of their compact SUV- the EcoSport, Ford once again wants to give equal attention to sales as well as service. A step in the right direction then…
