Ford India to delight customers with EcoSport 2,00,000 Fest

Social media is gaining increased traction by the day on both professional and personal levels and Ford has taken this opportunity to launch a limited edition variant of the EcoSport compact SUV on the company’s UK Facebook page.
Only 500 limited edition Ford EcoSport models are up for grabs across Europe and can be booked online on Ford’s website. For UK there are 120 of right hand drive models of the limited edition EcoSport.
The Ford EcoSport Limited Edition features new 17 inch alloy wheels along with added equipment such as Ford SYNC AppLink system that enables the driver with voice control over smartphone apps, 12 months of unlimited audio book downloads from Audioteka, leather upholstery, cruise control, auto dimming rear view mirror and automatic headlamps.
The EcoSport Limited Edition models are available with a choice of a 125PS 1.0 litre EcoBoost petrol engine or a 91PS 1.5-litre diesel engine in the UK with prices starting at £16,995 (Rs 17,55,366).
“EcoSport will be like nothing else on the road in Europe – a rugged-looking, affordable, and surprisingly spacious SUV with the truly innovative SYNC AppLink technology, which allows drivers to voice-control all kinds of great apps like Spotify and Audioteka,” said Roelant de Waard, vice president, Marketing, Sales and Service, Ford of Europe. “EcoSport appeals to a younger, more connected generation so it’s fitting we are offering the EcoSport Limited Edition for sale through Facebook.”
