CommentsOnly 20 limited-edition 458 Italia cars featuring a golden dragon on the front bonnet will be showcased in Shanghai

The first Ferrari to enter China was a 348 TS, 20 years ago. On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Ferrari will showcase 20 Limited Edition 458 Italia cars at the Ferrari Exhibition at the Shanghai World Expo Park's Italian Centre.
This will be Ferrari’s first permanent brand exhibition outside of Maranello. Encompassing 900 square metres of space, the three-year long Ferrari Exhibition will feature the best from the Maranello Museum, segregated into five sections, namely, Ferrari in China, Green Technology, Product, Design and Racing.
The limited edition 458 Italia will sport an exclusive new colour called Marco Polo Red, specially developed for this car. The most eye-catching element of the car's exterior is the golden dragon on the front bonnet, which is offset by gold and black livery stripes symbolising a racing track. This unique design is enhanced by the gold finished rims and the aero-elastic winglets.
The interiors feature gold embroidery on the seat head rests, while the engine start button is inscribed with Chinese characters for 'start'. A '20th Anniversary Special Edition' plaque is set into the dash. The centre console features a gold embossed stamp with numericals indicating which Ferrari out of the limited 20 it is. For instance, ‘1/20’ signifies the first one.
Watch this space for more details on the exhibition.
