Delhi Auto Expo 2012: BMW Motorrad Showcase Plans

BMW Motorrad, the two-wheeler arm of the German auto giant has been in the Indian market for quite sometime now.  Its line-up comprises the HP2, the K1300 series, K1600 series, R1200 series, and the S1000RR, of which we are expecting the company to showcase the 2012 K1600 GT and K1600 GTL grand tourers at the Expo.  The grand tourers have won the ‘International Bike of the Year,’ courtesy The SuperTest Word Association (SMA), which is made up of 14 top international motoring magazines. 

Also expected are the company’s urban mobility vehicles, the C600 Sport and the C 650 GT. Besides its bikes, BMW Motorrad will showcase its range of riding gear and accessories available across different models. One of them could be the limited-edition 2012 K1300 S with the HP Package that uses high quality HP carbon parts for the front wheel cover, battery cover and rear seat cowling.
