In terms of design, the styling will resemble the traditional Versys styling but with a more modern touch. The 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 will be based on the Kawasaki Z1000 and Ninja 1000 which were launched last year so it is expected to receive technical updates as well.

From the spy image it is clear that ABS will be offered on the 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000 whether it will be standard or optional would be answered at its launch. It is also expected that Kawasaki is developing the 2015 Versys 650 based on the styling of its litre-class sibling.
