Audi opens dealership in Nashik

India’s very own wine country gets more taste of the good life as luxury car maker Audi sets up shop in Nashik. This is Audi’s sixth dealership in Maharashtra. 

Spread over 37,000 sq.ft, the showroom can display 8 cars and also has Audi Shop and Audi Exclusive Elements, where customers can order customized products and purchase Audi branded merchandise. “This new showroom in the grape city of India-Nashik will not only strengthen our presence but also bring us closer to our customers and enthusiasts in the western region. We are happy to partner with Pashankar Auto India Pvt. Ltd. once again and utilize their rich market experience to consolidate our presence in the region,” said Joe King, Head, Audi India.

The showroom will be run by Pune based Pashankar Auto, who are also authorised dealers for Chevrolet, Skoda and Honda 2-Wheelers. This is their second Audi dealership after the Pune showroom. “Audi Nashik will enable us to cater to the ever-increasing demand for luxury vehicles in Maharashtra,” said Kapil Pashankar, Managing Director, Pashankar Auto India Pvt Ltd.

Audi Nashik will also manage a service facility on the Mumbai Agra highway. Spread over 8,000 sq.ft, it can service 6 cars per day in a single shift on 4 bays. In addition to inaugurating the new showroom, Audi also conducted a leg of its multicity experience in Nashik to give a chance to Audi customers and enthusiasts to experience sportscars from the Audi range like the R8, RS5, S4 and TT.

Audi India sold 10,002 cars in India last year growing 11 percent in the process and becoming the first luxury carmaker in India to sell more than 10,000 units in a single calendar year.
