A-Star achieve a record mileage

A-star once again proved its frugal nature, when in a fuel efficiency rally that was conducted recently, achieved a mileage of 26.9 kilometers per litre (kmpl).

Of the 96 participants, 25 rallyists achieved an average mileage of over 20.2 kmpl. The rally which happened in the Indian capital, had Gulshan Kumaras the winner while Mr. Ajay Kumar and Ms. Bindu were the runners up. Earlier, in a fuel efficiency test conducted by ARAI, country's premier automotive research agency, A-star delivered a record mileage of 19.6 kilometers per litre of petrol. This is the best in class ARAI certified fuel efficiency, among cars in India. The company recently also performed a similar kind of rally in the financial capital, Mumbai where the winning contestant achieved a mileage of 39.48 kmpl. Earlier, in a fuel efficiency test conducted by ARAI, country's premier automotive research agency, A-star delivered a record mileage of 19.6 kilometers per litre of petrol. This is the best in class ARAI certified fuel efficiency, among cars in India.
