The Czech carmaker has released an official image depicting the interior of its forthcoming new car - the 2015 Skoda Superb. The New Skoda Superb will follow the company's new design language which is seen on the New Skoda Fabia and the 2014 Skoda Octavia

2015 Skoda Superb interior cabin revealed

Skoda has been teasing its upcoming new car – the 2015 Skoda Superb for quiet sometime. The Czech carmaker has now released an official image the 2015 Skoda Superb interior ahead of its official debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.

The 2015 Superb gets a typical Skoda dashboard and a large touchscreen display. The climate controls and steering wheels are similar to the one seen on the Skoda Octavia. Other features include an electric park brake, DSG gearbox and a chocolate brown leather upholstery.

The 2015 Skoda Superb will follow the company’s new design language which is seen on the new Skoda Fabia and the 2014 Skoda Octavia with the bonnet slightly extended and overlapping the front grille. The grille will come with horizontal slats and is flanked by a pair of sleek headlights with integrated LED DRLs (daytime running lights).

The car will have an 80mm longer wheelbase while its overall length has been increased by 20mm. Despite the increase in dimensions the car’s weight will be down by 75kg. With the rear seats up the boot space increases by 625 litres and with the rear seats folded the bootspace increases to 1,760 litres.

The 2015 Skoda Superb will be offered with a petrol TSI option and a diesel TDI engine options, and later could also come as a plug-in hybrid variant. The new 2015 Skoda Superb will be launched in India in the beginning of 2016 and is expected to be priced between Rs 20 lakh to Rs 25 lakh.
