Changes on the cosmetic front are limited to the addition of a new signature guide light and Daytime Running Lights. On the inside the EcoSport receives a chrome treatment on inner door handles, cluster ring and cluster applique, window regulator switches and air register tabs. In terms of features the 2015 EcoSport also gets automatic headlights, rain sensing wipers and an electrochromic mirror on the inside.

While the cosmetic changes are limited the EcoSport gets the new diesel mill that we have already experienced on the Figo Aspire and the Figo. At 100PS and 215Nm, this unit makes 10PS and 11Nm more the outgoing model. The petrol 1.5-litre petrol mill though will continue to make 112PS and 140Nm. This unit comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission as well as a 6-speed automatic transmission.
