CommentsThe Skoda Laura and the Skoda Superb have been one of the hottest selling cars in Skoda's current Indian portfolio and now the company all geared to launch its SUV offering, the Yeti before the end of 2010.

Established in 2001, Skoda India entered the Indian market with its premium sedan Octavia. Since then the company has enjoyed immense success and acclaim in the premium sedan bracket. Looking at the growing small car market in India, the company launched its Fabia premium hatchback in India in 2008. However, due to a hefty price-tag and low fuel economy, the Fabia failed to revive the magic its elder siblings could manage.
