Go 4x4 Dirt Tracking at the 2011 MIMS!

The 2011 Mumbai International Motor Show will offer an exclusive 4x4 off-roading experience to the visitors over a specialized dirt track, that will go on for all three days of the show

Love off-roading? Then make sure you pay a visit to the 2011 Mumbai International Motor Show at the Bandra-Kurla Complex starting from 21st of January till 23rd of January, 2011. Apart from the flashy new cars and motorcycles on display, the show will also offer a variety of events where in visitors can participate and experience a rush of adrenaline. One of the events will be the 4x4 dirt track driving experience presented by Mahindra & Mahindra that will go on for all three days of the show alongside the exhibit booths at the venue.



The dirt track has been designed by Sportscraft, one of India’s leading motorsport event organizers and it offers a variety of surfaces and conditions throughout the entire course. There will be a slush pit, sand and gravel pit, a boulder pit as well as a well-drawn table top for jumps and varying inclines and declines ranging upto 45 degrees. Visitors will get a chance to experience the thrill of off-roading in extreme conditions in a variety of cars from the Mahindra & Mahindra stables. This year's dirt track event will be even rougher and exciting than the premier MIMS held in 2009 as there are a lot more variations and tougher obstacles in the new track.



In order to keep the visitors further entertained and offer them variety, there will be other events as well including a simulator zone that will offer virtual experience of driving and riding cars and bikes, an enthralling super cross event as well as a dedicated vintage and concept cars exhibit. With the record growth shown by the Indian automotive sector, the 2011 Mumbai International Motor Show is bigger, better and grander than ever before and it promises to bring a lot of excitement for all enthusiasts. On display at the show will be cars from some of the biggest and noted car brands from all around the world, bridging the gap between the automotive lovers and the manufacturers.
