A boutique in Geneva has created a limited edition Bugatti belt buckle that costs $84,000 each!

Bugatti Belt Buckle

If you thought the Bugatti made some expensive cars, think again! The Bugatti brand, synonymous with some of the most expensive pieces of automotive pornography in the world has announced a new Bugatti-branded belt buckle, which will cost an eye watering $84,000! We assume this belt buckle is for pants with extremely deep and generous pockets.

This new belt buckle was conceived by Roland Iten, a boutique owner in Geneva, Switzerland. Roland uses exquisite Swiss watch making equipment and equally impressive materials to hand craft these one-off and extremely expensive high-end belt buckles.

As with the Bugatti cars, the production of these belt buckles will be limited to a production run of only 44 units with three distinctive styles available. The first 11 have already been crafted in a white gold finish with over a one hundred handcrafted parts. The second series will feature a special rose gold finish while the third style has been kept a secret. Each of these buckles will feature a host of exotic materials including smoked sapphires, crystals and other precious stones. The belt buckle will be hand crafted out of stainless steelm solid gold and titanium.

The Volkswagen Group that owns Bugatti also revealed a selection of fashion and accessories with the Bugatti brand on them recently to a good response from its exclusive customers worldwide. At the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2013, a spokes person from Bugatti mentioned how they wanted to instill the same levels of luxury into their branded products the way they have achieved with their automobiles. He insisted that their products will be high-quality, high-priced and will be extremely exclusive so as to create a ‘World of Bugatti’ around the owners and aspiring owners of their automobiles.

Bugatti though is still some distance away when it comes to capitalizing on the large monetary influx resulting out of automotive branded products. Ferrari, famed for making possibly the greatest cars in history makes around $2 Billion annually on branded products. From exquisite model cars to Ferrari branded teddy bears, from T-shirts to shoes, Ferrari has capitalized largely on this market and has gone on to be the ‘Most Powerful Brand in the World’ in 2013.
