Bought Xylo E4 an year back at Tiruchy, Siva Automobiles, TVS Tolgate. Run 57,000 km. But giving trouble of suddenly slowing in speed down to 60km per hour and not increasing in speed for sometime in spite pressing the accelerator. When taken to Pratiyur - Mahindra centre, workers there are not able to identify the problem. Asking us to take it to some other service centre when trouble occurs on the way. Is it really possible when we are going for urgent office work or to catch a flight...etc??? When the glass was scratched while servicing last time, they were not ready to rectify at all. We are having hell of a problem with Xylo.. TN 45 BA 5269, on 15th June 2013, Tiruchy. Tamilnadu.

I bought a Xylo E 8 in December 2009. It is 3 years and 6 months old. It has run only 48,500 Kms. The Power Windows are giving trouble and I had to change the motor. From the beginning I had problem with the gear changing especially during winter. When I had told the service center about this they said that it would be ok after a while. During the last servicing I got the gear drum changed and now it is ok. During that service I had to shell out Rs.16,000/- for replacing the various parts. What I cannot understand is why should a vehicle of this price have major repairs within 3 years and 6 months and has run only 48,500 Kms. There is some shortcoming somewhere. Will the Mahindras do something about it. I bought the vehicle DL 4CNB 4471 from Sri Durga Automobiles, 55 Rama Road, New Delhi on 5 December 2009. Rita Felix
