I had paid Rs 8000/- to Dealer. - Vehicle has been opened up so many times by the dealers, that front bumper, all locks have been damaged, and it require urgent replacement. Vehicle received after one month, rain guards of rear two windows missing, Dealer did intensive check and repair of internal wiring, but fog lights and fog lights holders are also missing while the delivery was taken. - Vehicle broke down 3rd day again, now dealer and GM says, internal wiring could not be repaired, so it requires replacement at a cost of Rs 65 thousand on me. I am ex Air Force Officer. I bought Cruze from Gollops Motors, Ahmadabad. Car was Booked on 30 Apr 10, Colour was changed within 7 days, but Gollops confirmed the ready for delivery in end of May 10, and delivery was taken almost mid of Jun 10, IT WAS USED AS DEMO CAR driven 699 KM, date of delivery to Rajkot Dealer or Gollops was in the beginning of Apr 10. The waiting period for all colours of cruze was 2 to 4 months at that time. All poly bags of seats were missing, very dirty roof and no poly cover on windows side also. and many damage marks on the body - since i did not take the delivery myself, dealer put the blame on carrier company, and the person of carrier company denies that. --- In short, I just compromised at that time due to my own negligence in taking the delivery of veh, but lady of Gollops confessed to me on telephone that the Vehicle came by Road from Rajkot to Ahmedabad.....

Brief - Taken the delivery through Tpt carrier, and it was found 699 km driven, no poly cover on doors or seats, and dirty roof etc. - Booked Car on 30 Apr 10, Got info that Car ready for delivery end of May 10 and when took delivery, it was found that model is of 1st or 2nd week of Apr 10. - Cruze , LTZ, is giving problems right from first day of delivery onwards, Jun 2010 - Engine stops while running, first year, it happened 3 to 4 times, gradually increased to once in a month and now a days almost every day since last 6 months. - During Jun 10 to Sep 10, veh went to dealer for AC Problem almost every month but no confirm repair and maint was done. - This year also, vehicle went almost every 15 days for AC problem, after 1 and half year, now they found that Conducer of AC was leaking and that too the dealer tried to put the blame on me for quite some time. - From Feb 12 onwards, the Vehicle is going almost every week to Dealer, but Dealer is not able to find problem in the vehicle. Computer shows, fuel injector problem. - But dealer all of a sudden started saying, cabling problem, and initially thrusted 1.35 lakh on me for cable replacement. But after a meeting, they agreed that engine cables has not been touched, so free of cost replacement. And internal cables will be repaired and checked. - I had fitted one amp and only speakers wires were cut and joined with amp. I had also got it fitted white lights. For repair and check of this internal wiring, I had paid Rs 8000/-

the vehicle is giving problems right from the day one -- some problem or the other is coming as a routine, critical was vehicle stops while running on road, ist year, the problem was less, and Dynamic motor used to give some logic such as code error etc.. and used to satisfy me -- even in AC problem, they used to fill up the gas and give back the veh to me. During first year summer alone, the vehicle had shown many errors, sometimes temp shown is wrong, speedometer is not showing any indication, AC is not at all effective, and vehicle stops while running, though it starts again, but it stops, I was told, it was computer error. Then I shifted to Padam Motors, new dealer of GM. Next summer, again, same problem, AC is not effective, In a short period, the dealer charged me 1800 and again Rs 1800 for filter change, but no use. Finally, they found out AC Conducer leakage at two places. They tried to put the blame on me initially, but finally agreed to replace under warranty. Since Feb or Mar 12 onwards, the Vehicle problem of stopping while running has increased tremendously that every week, the vehicle goes to Dealer either by towing or by driving. I had spend more than Rs 10,000 on towing of the vehicle. Now, I know, If the leave the vehicle for 30 mts or 1 hrs, the vehicle starts again, once again it is running. If the leave the vehicle overnight, sometimes the error shown as a light also goes away. I personally witnessed 3 times, that computer shows error in fuel injectors.
