I recently drove my friends endy.its engine is torquey and power packed.Interior s are nice with camel leather all around.one of the irritating thing in the interior is the positioning of the handbrake lever under the left side of steering column.without rear disks, brakes are only average for this kind of heavy suv.Steering is light, better for non enthusiastic comfort seeking drivers but for enthusiasts some more feel and weight should be needed.About suspension,it was on stiffer side for avoiding scary handling .Gear shift is slick and better than its rivals. For its sticker price endeavour is gud VFM BUY. i think previous model is more attractable rather then new one because its look better in all SUV's segment. In new one you have given shape like SCORPIO which is not suited to you. you are having some image in the market regarding product differentiation. | Reply

Ford has good products but very unreliable service outlets, they lack proer technical knowledge, that is the reason i changed my mind to buy Chevrolet Aveo at the last moment. | Reply

Guys..Next time when you visit FORD service centre for getting your vehicle serviced, PLEASE make sure to check actual qty of engine oil filled and qty billed...It had happened that qty filled< qty billed resulting in over billing!!!! | Reply

It looks very boxy, square. Lacks some curves. Tail lights design looks dated by a decade, too long to be nimble in city....!! | Reply

Ford should produce Ford Kuga in India instead of these low volume Chauffer driven, high cost vehicles. These are not even efficient to travel, park and drive within city. Ford kuga be bought in preferabally as a softroader to satisfy people who want it drive personally. And it should not be priced above 11-12 lakhs | Reply

Instead of bringing mammoths Ford should work on bringing some personal transport vehicles and should price the service and spare costs reasonabally. We don't care the country of origin of the product, what we are concerned about is where it is sold and is used. The bitter taste of spare prices Ford Mondeo is still in the minds of people. It's easy to loose but hard to gain. | Reply

If you want a man's SUV you can't beat the Pajero 2.8. It combines toughness with a rugged look at a great price. I've had one for the last three years and wouldn't trade it for anything other than a Land Cruiser. | Reply

its a nice car but ford should work on its pricing of this very model as it has a stiff competition with the tata safari and mahindra scropio | Reply

The middle row of seats and the third row as well are very uncomfortable. they lack support for the thighs. The Tata Safari is the leader in the class here. | Reply

I prefer the old looks. It was the interior that needed to be improved on as it was just too basic and very "plasticky"for the price tag. | Reply

WELL DONE FORD for a good facelift of the ageing ENDEAVOUR.It was a high time for FORD to gain its losing grounds especially from Captiva and the much awaited Toyota Fortuner. I feel this will definitely be a success and would throw out pricey and incapable GRAND VITARA as well as CRV. which are gas guzzlers | Reply
  • Manohar (20 August 2009 14:15)
The front face heavily resembles Nissan X-trail but looks far better than the previous model. The weakness of the Endeavour is it fells like floating at higher speeds instead planted. Still looks bland from sides and rear possibally the influence of truck origin still remains. | Reply

ford endeavour is really a terrific cross country vehicle but it requires bigger dia rear wheels to compensate when it is fully loaded rest of the all things are very good let us check in detail later on | Reply
