Luxury may still be equated with long and elegant in India, but with the ever-increasing Mercs and Beemers on Indian streets, the elite with the sort of spending power to buy these imports may have a perception change.

Offering a less expensive and more stylish choice (a la the Fiat 500) in the luxury segment will be Volkswagen's 'people's carrier', which has now gone hep and chic. Coming through in 2009.

if you have the money then you dont need to look at the price factor to make your list of 'options' for cars..in that case you wud b looking at what is a 'good' car.. plus there are enuf ppl in india who will spend 15-20Lakh on a car... and pleeeease dont comapre a suzuki with a VDub...you dont know what you'r comparing!! | Reply
