Hrithik Roshan pampers himself with Rolls Royce worth 7 crore on 42nd birthday

Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan’s birthday bash was the talk of the town earlier this week, but what stole the thunder from the party came on wheels. Yes, you heard that right; the ‘Bang Bang’ actor gifted himself a Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II on the occasion of his 42nd birthday!

And the beauty didn't come at a bargain either. The actor is reported to be set back by a whopping sum of around Rs 7 crore for the car, but given that Hrithik is known to be fond of high-end cars, it doesn’t come in as much of a surprise.

According to a report in DNA, a source said, "Hrithik is fond of cars and he loves luxurious cars. So he recently purchased a Rolls Royce for himself and his kids." Both the kids, Hrehaan and Hridhaan, were also spotted enjoying their new ride in the backseat.

The ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ actor’s new Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II is powered by a 6.6-litre twin turbocharged V12 engine, churning out 570.8PS of power and 780Nm of torque. The V12 is mated to the 8-speed ZF automatic transmission to achieve 0-100 kmph speeds in five seconds.

Hrithik has always kept his birthday celebrations a low-key affair, but as pictures narrate the tale, Hrithik partied hard with other B-town stars, like Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh, this time around. He, reportedly, had invited more than 200 friends for his birthday bash.

And if Hrithik Roshan’s selection of his next movie is as classy as his taste in cars, fans are in for a real treat in the form of his upcoming film ‘Mohenjo Daro.’
