I have a Toyota Altis and I have lost the mechanical key of one of the smart keys. The car has keyless push start button system. The car is less than a year old and thus still under warranty. Should I get the key made or use the other key instead? Also can the key be made by someone other than the dealer?

You can use the other key. However, order a duplicate key through the dealer.
