• I have bought a new Bridgestone tyre for Hyundai i10 that got punctured on the first day. It further run on rim for 3-4 kms. I showed it to the dealer and he says that since the tyre has run on rim it cannot be replaced.A few days later I went to buy a spare tyre. The mechanic who was replacing that punctured tyre from rim showed me that the date of manufacturing is in 2006 and it should not have been sold in 2012. Furter it is a tubetype tyre where as in i10 I should have been given a tubeless tyre.How can I get my tyre replaced?

• Presently I am driving a Hyundai Accent 2006 which i want to replace. I am fully satisfied with the performance of this car. What was more exciting about this car (at least to me) is its bonnet/headlights are clearly visible to the driver all the time so that one knows exactly where to stop the car at a traffic signal as it has a long bonnet which enhances the driving pleasure also.I would like to know what other hatchbacks/sedan are available in the market (from Rs.4.50 lakh to Rs.8 lakh) whose bonnet/headlights are visible to the driver. I have driven Maruti Swift Dzire Honda City etc. but was not convinced. Kindly do advise.

• I have a Toyota Altis and I have lost the mechanical key of one of the smart keys. The car has keyless push start button system. The car is less than a year old and thus still under warranty.
