customer relation person found few of them are bit arrogant (kind of shouting while talking) and few Donâ??t understand HINDI While buying sales adviser said â??it ll give mileage around 32.38km/lâ?�. it not even touching 20km/l. Quite surprising other hand car doesn't have that much of acceleration.Engine has lot of vibration and noise. Regarding this I visited service center twice. As per them its normal and didn't get satisfying answer nor solution. As per adviser and manual â??All the doors will lock automatically when the vehicle is driven at or above 7 Km/h(4.35mph), provided all the doors are closed properlyâ?�. I never seen it while driving for same issue I visited service center twice. First time adviser said it key programming so I awaited for longer time then they advice to check manual and later gave conclusion its not for all cars. Also Never feel cars â??automatic speed sensing volume controlâ?�. May be Iâ??m unaware of it..Conclusion Poor performance, bad service, now worth to go with ford
