Understand, on enquiry, VW Polo 1.6 L version has been stopped/discontinuedas of FEB 2013.Can ZIG WHEELS confirm ?

Hi I own Volkswagen Polo 1.6 L highline, car is excellent, very smooth, problem with ervice centers. in bngalore there is only one service center at Heseragatta. first service of the car is after 1 year or 15000 KM, which ever comes early. we have to pay for the service charge around Rs10,000/-, they will ot allow us to enter in the service shed, they say simply engine Oil changed, if required air filetrs,They dosent have spare parts, and car will be delivered in the late evening, so that we cannot check properly, over all , service is very poor and looting money, you dont find any difference AFTER SERVICE and BEFORE SERVICE. They can not adderss any issues
