This is a very nice article. I thank the author for the information. I own 5 petrol cars and have no problem with them. I was thinking of going for a diesel hatchback but, not now. My 6th car will also be a petrol and since Honda makes exceptional petrol engines and since Brio is lighter/peppier/better FE/better turning radius than JAZZ, i am going for BRIO. Cheers!

It appears that Diesel Engine is not suitable for small cars, but for the heavy vehicles like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, etc. Govt. should ban on using Diesel Engines in private passenger vehicles, but only for Public Transport Carriers.
