I feel Mahindra has come up with good range of scooters, namely Duro, Rodeo, Rodeo RZ etc.. Which looks quite attractive.

Well In 2 months I am going to purchase New Mahindra Rodeo RZ. I have booked it. dealer told company has provided 59 so by our use it will give 50. As I am thinking the mileage of any vehicle is based on its used. If any one uses it harshly sure it will give very less mileage. So for this blog I will present my Mahindra Rodeo RZ in 2 months.

My Rodeo RZ bike gives just above 30 kmpl in spite of the "mileage tuning" done by service guys twice :( Plus there are problems with the fuel indicator.The engine is a bit noisy. Mahindra's service is not up to the mark. My bike developed a carburetor leak after first service.Pros: Large storage tank with light, good pick-up, comfortable riding, good battery, stylish digital instrument cluster, front fuelling, Cons: Mileage not anywhere near that claimed by M

ALL THE PLUSES ARE USELESS IF MILEAGE IS SO LOW AND SERVICE BACKUP IS POOR. SO MANY TIMES IT HAS BROKEN DOWN ON THE ROAD.

i took a rodeo from kumbakonam dealer. i am not happy with that. the button start is not working. battery spoiled, the front wheel stuck and become unmovable after a ride in rain. what is this all ? i don't know to whom i can complain. the kumbakonam dealer is not having trained mechanics. the price was rupees 59000. now when i try to sell it after 3 months use, nobody wants to take it. some people ask it for 35000 rupees.

Rodeo is WORST scooter and Mahindra is also equally WORST in two wheeler service. I'm using this vehicle since Jan2011. Average is around 20-25 KmL. While running for 12500 Kms, I've spent amount almost equal to vehicle price on fuel. Service people are arrogant and don't have sufficient technical knowledge. Can't write all worst things in this short posting.

I HAVE RODEO MAHINDRA SINCE 2009. BUT ITS SERVICES AND PARTS ARE TOO COSTLY. THE SPEED METER AND CLUTCH PLATE REPLACEMENT COST ME RS 7000/-. WITHIN 2 1/2 YEARS REPAIRING COSTING HEAVY COMPARED TO OTHER 2 WHEELERS. I HAVE GOT TVS VICTOR, HEROHONDA SPELNDER, TVS SCOOTY PEP, HONDA CBZ, MARUTI ALTO. BUT RODEO IS COSTLY VEHICLE COMPARED TO OTHER VEHICLES.

its a nice product by Mahindra. it has 125 cc Z series engine for great pick up.also the new colorful digital meter with 7 different backlights looks very appealing.also the charging point gives it an edge over its competitors. a good scooter all in all.
