Hyundai Motor India Ltd, has introduced a 24x7 Roadside Assistance service for all its existing and future customers. In order to do so, Hyundai has forged a relationship with Mondial Assistance who operate in over 200 cities and have their own fleet of assistance vehicles.
The assistance scheme will be available from February 1, 2010 onwards for all Hyundai customers to avail. Further to this, the service will be offered for 2 years as a complimentary service for all new Hyundai customers.
The assistance program itself covers services such as wheel change, fuel delivery up to 5 litres, taxi arrangements, opening the vehicle in the case of a lock out, rectifying electrical problems, basic on the spot repairs and towing the vehicle to the nearest workshop in the event of a major problem.
The Hyundai Roadside Assistance Program is a bid to make road travel even more hassle free for Hyundai customers. It's a complete customer centric offer that also adds to the peace of mind when it comes to owning a Hyundai vehicle.
