Honda Civic

One of the most modern and sleek looking cars in the executive sedan segment is also still one of the most desirable. With a futuristic design both on the outside and in the cabin, a used Honda Civic can be a great buy - it's stylish, classy, powerful, packed with technology and great to drive. Both manual and automatic transmission models are available. Beware of the low ground clearance though - especially if there is an army of ill-made speed breakers around where you live! Apart from that, the Civic is most definitely a drivers' car.

The Accord embodies refinement, comfort and driveability like no other car in its segment. Designed to charm the corporate head-honchos as well as the sure-footed party-hoppers, the Accord is capable of taking whatever form its driver desires. Available in a 2.4 litre manual and automatic transmission options, the real deal is the 3.0 litre V6 which even with a mandatory automatic gearbox can pull the pants of cars one segment higher. Couple it with the aggressive styling and the Accord makes perfect sense for anyone who wants performance and style.

Honda CRV

Like every other Honda, this car is all about perfection and superior engineering. The ultra-refined 2.4 litre engine mated to a creamy transmission available in both manual as well as automatic options, packs in solid grunt without compromising on in-town driveability. CRV has become the preferred set of wheels for the modern day families who want space without compromising on style and comfort. As a second hand car, it offers very good value for money and if one doesn't have qualms about its dated looks, then the old CRV is a winner at an affordable price.

Toyota Camry

The Camry brings with it the reliability associated with the Toyota brand across the world and this makes it a very smart second hand buy. The Camry has the looks and elegance to match its price plus it also offers good value for money. The 2.4 litre inline four cylinder engine is robustly built and comes in a four-speed automatic gearbox or a five-speed manual option. The car has lavish interiors and space enough to pamper the rich and the famous while at the same time get behind the wheel of this beauty to know what driving pleasure really means.

Please don't use the reference as 'best from Czechoslovakia' , coz that name has been replaced by Czech republic. This reflects the big difference between the earlier communist country and the one which id republic now. Skoda managed to refine things due to this. | Reply
