| Audi India has taken to the Indian market like a fish takes to water. There is no denying the fact that this luxury car marquee has made major inroads in the Indian luxury car segment and their steady expansion across the country also stands as proof of their efforts. The latest development on the expansion front is the inauguration of a new dealership in Kochi. The showroom is the country's first Audi terminal style showroom and today it is the flagship showroom for Audi in India. It is a design that is at par with Audi showrooms across the globe and can be instantaneously recognized as an Audi brand building. The exemplarily styled dealership is Audi's second largest dealership in the country and has 9000 square feet exclusively dedicated for sales. An additional 6000 square feet is dedicated to the body shop. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Benoit Tiers, Managing Director of Audi India, stated, "Audi Kochi epitomizes the new terminal concept that offers a unique Audi experience to our customers around the globe. Audi's brand philosophy "Vorsprung durch Technik" stands for progressiveness, sophistication and exclusivity and 'Audi Kochi' embodies the same. This dealership offers a world class service standard that is a norm for Audi. It will strengthen Audi's foothold in the South Indian market and reinforce our commitment to reach out to customers." The new Audi terminal in Kochi is an addition to the list of Audi terminals that are located in cities such as Tokyo, Geneva, Sydney and Munich. Audi intends to have more then 350 Audi terminals across the globe by the end of 2012. Check out : Fashion on Wheelz |
